Barry Davis was a trial attorney for 38 years.   Mr. Davis was recognized by his peers and elected to The Best Lawyers in America in two separate areas: personal injury and medical malpractice.  Mr. Davis was recognized as The Best Lawyers’ 2013 and 2011 Lawyer of the Year in personal injury.  Mr. Davis was also recognized as a “top lawyer” by Tucson Lifestyle Magazine for 10 years.  Southwest Super Lawyers recognized Mr. Davis as a top Arizona personal injury trial lawyer in Arizona. Mr. Davis was elected to the American College of Trial Lawyers.  The election is limited to the top one percent of trial lawyers in the state.  Mr. Davis was rated as an AV lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell and was listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

Mr. Davis served as a law clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals, as an adjunct professor in trial practice at the University of Arizona College of Law, and as an instructor for the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Davis served as the President of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and the Morris K. Udall American Inn of Court.  He was appointed to and served on various committees within the state bar.  Mr. Davis received his undergraduate degree from Washington University (St. Louis) and a law degree from the University of Toledo (cum laude).  Mr. Davis served as managing editor of the Law Review.  He was certified by the State Board of Legal Specialization in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation.

Mr. Davis retired in January 2015 and served as a trusted advisor and consultant until his death in 2016.
